Glitchboard

Glitchboard is an expressive effect that allows you to create live beat-stutters, filter sweeps, and other glitchy sounds from any input signal. Apply this to your whole mix or just route one device through it.

The top row loops the current 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 or 1/32 beat for as long as you hold the block. Green blocks on the left play the beat forward, the yellow blocks on the right play the beat in reverse.

The bottom row applies a filter sweep to the incoming signal. Blue blocks on the left apply a low pass filter, and red blocks on the right apply a high pass filter at 4x, 2x, 1x and 1/2x the frequency of the current beat.

Triggering different colored blocks in combinations can yield more complex and varied results. Glitchboard is particularly effective with drums, samples or output from the SpinBack turntable. Route any combination of devices to Glitchboard, ranging from a single instrument to the full mixer output. To affect your entire session output, route Glitchboard between your main mixer and the Mr. O output device.

Apply sequence controls as in other devices (quantize, cut/copy/paste, clear).
