• Do you ship to my country?

  Yes! Wej can ship globally, except to Germany. This is due to a customs policy that Germany has, unfortunately. If you are in Germany and would like to be added to a list for future Wej purchases, please email support@retronyms.com and we will keep you updated.

• When will I receive my Wej?

  U.S. customers will receive Wej within 1-2 weeks after ordering. International customers will receive Wej within 2-4 weeks after ordering. We’ll keep you updated with your tracking number, so you can see how close your Wej is to you.

• What iOS devices are Wej compatible with?

  The Bluetooth MIDI protocol uses Bluetooth LE (also known as Bluetooth Smart). The following devices are compatible: iPad 3, 4, Mini and Air. iPhone 4S and up.

• What version of iOS is required to use Wej?

  The Bluetooth MIDI protocol requires iOS 8.

• Can I send wireless MIDI to my laptop computer with Wej?

  OSX Supports Bluetooth MIDI as of Yosemite (info). Also, the MIDI association has made Apple's implementation part of the official specification so that's a good sign for Wej being able to connect to more and more devices in the future.

• How does Wej power USB controllers, charge an iPad, etc.

  Wej plugs into a wall socket with a standard AC adapter. It has 2 USB MIDI compliant ports for connecting midi controllers, plus 1 high current USB fast charge port.
